Needs analysis and project brief
We manage the project from the start, ensuring that the vision for the project stays intact and is executed to the lab’s real needs. We visit your lab to understand your needs and challenges and have developed a unique combination of data collection and analysis methods to produce comprehensive, fit-for-purpose project briefs.

A concept design is prepared for each department to be housed in the facility in accordance with the project brief and the area required as determined by our space calculator.

Detail design and specification
